Our Services:

Pro-Serve Protection Services offers uniformed security officers and security patrol services designed to provide professional security services to industrial, commercial, retail, service, hospitality, and residential customers. Our first priority is protection of our clients, their property and interests.

We are able to better tailor services directly to your unique security needs affordably because of our ability to provide professional security officers and high profile patrol vehicles. Our flexibility has allowed us to reduce crime for our clients, increase profitability by reducing losses, without compromising the professional public relations services that must be included as a business concern.

Protection Officers - All uniformed officers are equipped with the necessary equipment to perform their duties such as handcuffs, batons, pepperspray and radios. Our policies allow officers to "detain or make a citizen's arrest as needed" to protect life or property.

Patrol Services - There are 3 types of patrol services:

Community patrols are a shared patrol service in which clients share services of a patrol assigned to zones established by Pro-Serve Protection Services.

Directed Patrols are assigned to one client exclusively, which is provided the services of a patrol officer and vehicle tailored to their specific needs.

On Demand/On Call Patrols - These patrols are provided on a temporary basis as needed at a pre-designated rate for services such as escorts, closings and openings, crowd control, and incident response.
